Accomodation & Luggage
The rooms are made available to clients at 15:00 on the day of their arrival. They must be released no later than 12.00 on the day of departure, any overflow which may lead to the billing of one night supplementary fare public display. The days of departure and arrival, the hotel reception is available for customers to store their luggage, under their responsibility. The hotel can not be held responsible for theft, loss or damage to luggage stored by customers in parts of the hotel.

Parking and Vehicles
Private parking is available and costs 10€ per day (available at 13h on the day of arrival until 12am on the day of departure). The hotel can not be held liable for theft or damage.


Pets
For reasons of hygiene and safety, pets are not allowed in our hotel.
 
 
BOOKING CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION
 
Reservations
Any reservation to be firm and final will be guaranteed by a credit card number with expiry date (valid on the date of arrival) and security number (last three digits on the back of the card). We reserve the possibility to charge a deposit following the schedule below:
 100% of the reservation for a stay of 1 night
 50% of the reservation for a stay of 2 nights or more


Cancellations
No penalty will be charged if cancellation is notified more than 48 hours before the expected date of arrival. If cancellation is notified less than 48 hours before the scheduled date of arrival the entire stay will be charged
 
For groups (reservations for more than three rooms) no penalty will be charged if cancellation is notified us more 10 days before the scheduled date of arrival. If cancellation is notified less than 10 days before the scheduled date of arrival the entire stay will be charged
 
No Shows
The "no-shows" (benefits reserved no cancelled) will be charged to the customer on the basis of the total amount.
 
Stay shortened
Any stay shortened and any benefit not consumed because of the customer, for whatever reason, does not give rise to any repayment. Any unused benefit will not be refunded. The stay will be billed in full
